Cleear does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data.

WHAT WE COLLECT

Cleear does not collect personal information, usage statistics, analytics, crash reports, advertising identifiers, or any other data about you or your device. We do not use cookies, tracking technologies, or third-party analytics services.

YOUR PHOTOS AND VIDEOS

All image and video processing happens locally on your device, using AI models included in the app itself. Nothing is uploaded to a server. No internet connection is required or used for processing.

Cleear requests add-only access to your photo library. This permission lets the app save your enhanced photos and videos to Photos. It does not allow the app to read, browse, or access anything already in your library.

When you choose a photo or video to enhance, you select it through Apple's own photo picker. The app receives only the single item you select.

ACCOUNTS

Cleear has no user accounts. You do not need to register, sign in, or provide an email address or any other information to use the app.

SHARING YOUR CONTENT

If you share an enhanced photo or video using the share button, the file is passed to the app you choose through Apple's standard share sheet. What happens to your content after that is governed by the privacy policy of the app or service you shared it with, not by this policy.

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Cleear does not collect data from anyone, including children.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Cleear does not integrate any third-party services, SDKs, or analytics providers.

YOUR RIGHTS UNDER GDPR

Because Cleear does not collect or process any personal data, there is no personal data for us to access, correct, delete, or transfer. If you believe otherwise, contact us at the address below.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

If this policy changes — for example, if a future version of the app introduces optional analytics — this page will be updated and the date above will change. Any change affecting what data is collected will also be reflected in the app's privacy information on the App Store.
